Frying oil is where we began — and it's where the discipline is proven. It isn't where we stop. The range is being built one category at a time, each held to the same standard as the fryer. Here's what's ready, and what's on the bench.

ProFry ECO

The clean-label expression.

100% sunflower, pressed and refined exactly like the rest of the range — but bottled without E900 antifoam and without additives. Nothing that doesn't read as oil on the spec sheet. Built for hospital catering, clean-label concepts and any buyer who reads the ingredient list out loud.

ProFry Elite

The everyday workhorse.

A 100% conventional sunflower expression with E900 antifoam dosed to spec. Bright, neutral, honest. For kitchens that fry at moderate temperatures and dump on a tighter cycle — a hotel breakfast bank, a casual-dining line, a Friday brunch service.

Grade III.

ProFry XLqsr

The middle ground, deliberately drawn.

A 50/50 cuvée — conventional and high-oleic, pressed separately, married after refining. Smoke point lifts past 248 °C, lifespan opens to a week. The grade for the broad middle of a hotel kitchen, a QSR franchise, a catering operation that needs more out of every drum without paying for full high-oleic.

ProFry MAX

The full high-oleic expression.

100% high-oleic sunflower, oleic ≥ 80%. The grade we built the house on — engineered for frying houses, fish-and-chip lines, shawarma stations and QSR pushing past 200 covers a service. Seven to twelve days in the fryer, and the plate never tastes of the oil.

Whichever grade lands in your fryer, the discipline behind it is identical: 827 kcal and Vitamin E 40.4 mg per 100 ml · physically refined — no hexane, no chemical solvents, no hydrogenation · non-GMO · filter every 4–8 hours · maximum fry temperature 175 °C · 24-month shelf life, sealed and lot-numbered.

The result

We don't just sell it. We tune it in.

The grade is half the answer. The other half is how it's run. We sit through a service, log the four decisions that decide whether the oil performs — cover count, filter rhythm, fryer temperature, dump timing — and rebalance against the grade. Day one, and again every quarter.
